They organized the Snake Creek Gap 6 Mountain Time Trial Series the first Saturday in January, February and March.

Paulding SORBA The Paulding County, Georgia chapter was adopted in March of 2007. They are involved in maintaining the Super Silver Comet Sidetrail which runs parallel to the Silver Comet trail. Once completed, this intermediate, but challenging, single-track trail will extend 10 miles from the Florence Road trailhead at the 11.6 mile mark of the Silver Comet trail to the Pumpkin Vine Creek train trestle. The trail is ready to ride now, however some sections that are still under construction and will force you to ride on the paved Silver Comet trail.

SORBA Freeride Alliance (SoFA) The SORBA Freeride Alliance (SoFA) chapter was adopted November 2004. This is the first chapter setup for the purpose of creating freeride opportunities. They are currently working on a trail project at Central Park in Forsyth county Georgia. They have created the Freeride Park at Central Park in Forsyth County, Georgia. At Carters Lake in North Georgia they have build downhill runs at the Ridgeway area.

Upstate SORBA The Greenville, South Carolina chapter of SORBA was adopted in August of 2007 and they are know as Upsate SORBA. In addition, to promoting the sport of mountain biking in the Upstate of South Carolina by providing a social network of riders and like-minded people. Monthly meetings, special events, group rides, and other activities provide a setting where those seeking to learn more about mountain biking or improve their skills or fitness can find a welcoming, and friendly environment.
