Race Info

These races will take place almost entirely on dirt trails. Race venues will change throughout the season to give kids the opportunity to race on different types of terrain. All races will take place on Sundays, starting at 9AM.

• April 17, 2011 - Falling Creek Camp - Tuxedo, NC
• May 22, 2011 - Jackson Park - Hendersonville, NC
• August 28, 2011 - Camp Carolina - Brevard, NC
• September 18, 2011 - Christ School- Arden, NC
• October 23, 2011 - Championship at Falling Creek - Tuxedo, NC

Contests

Each race will host a free contest including:

• Limbo Contest
• Log Pull Contest
• Skinny Contest
• Lake Jump Contest
• Longest Track Stand

Clinics

Each race will also offer free clinics on:

• Proper bike fit - Seats, Handlebars, Grips, and Helmets
• Healthy lifestyles - Hydration, nutrition, training and recovery
• Opportunities - college cycling programs, scholarships
• Safety - trail etiquette, hand signals, tool kit
• Maintenance - cleaning, tuning, trailside fixes

Caffeine Free Racing

We encourage riders to pursue cycling without the use of caffeine.

• Racers will be expected to be caffeine free while racing.
• There will be no caffeine available for students at these events.

Green Racing

We are trying to adopt as many green practices as possible for these races including:

• Online Registration
• Paperless Email Registration
• Recycling
• Composting
• Environmentally friendly course markings
