You Must Pre Register for this Event so we Know How Many Bushels of Oysters to Get!!!
Please join us for a kickin' fundraiser to support Upstate SORBA! Our 2nd Annual Oyster Roast will be held Saturday, December 3rd behind Sunrift Adventures.....adjacent to the NEW Pump Track at Gateway Park!
There will be plenty of local cluster oysters brought in from the coast! We will have all the accoutrements up to and including chili, crackers, horseradish and Tabasco! There will be several kegs compliments of our good friends at RJ Rockers Brewing Co. and Community Tap! And, can you believe it, Grass Backerds returns to entertain with some amazing Bluegrass! In addition, the BIG ACC Footbal Championship game will be showing outdoors on the BIG screen so yoou wont miss a thing. Did I mention the impressive bonfire to keep us warm and toasty? This go round, we will also have s'mores and weenies for the kidz!

Bring Gloves, Water and a Snack, Long pants recommended
We'll be working on the New Sulphur Springs (reroute) Trail. We'll also have a Group working on the Downhill Race Course
Note: Shelters A & B are the two shelters on the Right past the Campground.

SATURDAY, MAY 21 - Mountain Bike Skills Clinic Cleveland Park, 11 am - 2 pm The Upstate Southern Off-Road Bicycle Association (SORBA) will host a mountain bike skills clinic for all ages and all skill levels and will lead guided tours of Cleveland Park’s three miles of mountain bike trails. This clinic offers participants on-bike training of basic and advance bike handling skills by knowledgeable instructors. Riders practice their skills on various wooden ramps and features in a grass field before heading out on guided mountain bike rides. Meet in the large grass field in Cleveland Park, next to Shelter 5. This event starts at 11am and participants are encouraged to join in the fun anytime until 2pm. Helmets are mandatory and this event will be cancelled if raining. |
